Ensuring the test requisition and samples are complete and adequate as per SOP / methods /client’s requirements, before the samples are sent to the laboratory for testing.
Coordinating with staffs of the laboratory for matter related to tests.
Overall functioning of laboratories operation in respect of technical aspects.
Follow up correlation exercise as well as maintained the target time with all technical aspects.
Receiving complaints identify cause analysis & take corrective action.
Ensuring that the required environmental conditions are maintained.
Ensuring good housekeeping of the laboratory.
