Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager, Engineering

Plan, design, and oversee factory engineering operations.

Ensure operation, maintenance and monitoring of HVAC system including AC, BMS, Chilled Water, Cold and Cool Room and others which are related with HVAC system.

Develop and ensure proper monitoring and required maintenance of Fire Fighting Equipment and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).

Ensure proper maintenance of machinery, equipment, and utilities.

Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

Support production teams with technical expertise to improve efficiency.

Monitor safety standards and compliance with factory regulations.

Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintenance records.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for process improvement.

Provide training and guidance to junior staff and technicians.
