Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
3–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
Prior experience in FMCG / manufacturing / distribution-heavy environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

Working Days

Saturday - Thursday

Working Hours

09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

Workstation: Hemayetpur, Savar

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage transportation, distribution, and delivery operations to ensure timely product movement.
Oversee warehouse operations i.e., storage efficiency, and dispatch planning.
Manage fleet operations (in-house or third-party), including routing, scheduling, and utilization.
Develop and optimize logistics strategies to reduce cost and improve service levels.
Monitor and control logistics costs, including freight, fuel, and third-party vendor expenses.
Coordinate with sales, production, and sourcing teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
Track and improve delivery performance (OTIF, lead time, damage rates).
Ensure compliance with local transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Handle operational issues, delays, or disruptions, ensuring quick resolution.
Proactively analyze the business performance and make preparation accordingly to avoid future operational glitch.
