Responsibilities & Context

Search and collect government and private tender notices from different sources.
Study the tender documents and prepare the required documents accordingly.
Assist in tender preparation, printing, file organization, and final submission.
Prepare technical data sheets, compliance sheets, specifications, and supporting technical documents.
Coordinate with local and international manufacturers/suppliers to explore new products and dealership opportunities.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in both public and private sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Maintain proper tender records, files, and documentation; prepare product/service-based technical presentations and documents.
Visit different offices/organizations for document submission, collection, and follow-up when required.
Perform any other task assigned by the Tender Department/Management.
