We are seeking an experienced and responsible Assistant Manager – Service to support the supervision and coordination of our Service Team. The position will act as the second-level supervisor of the Service Team, ensuring proper coordination of engineers, service calls, customer communication, site activities, spare parts, and service-related operations.
Key Responsibilities
Attend and participate in internal office meetings and customer meetings as required.
Allocate and coordinate engineers for different customer sites and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Monitor and follow up on service calls, work orders, and service activities through the TVL Apps/system.
Visit customer sites to monitor service activities and provide necessary technical/operational support.
Attend customer sites for service marketing, customer visits, and business development activities.
Develop and maintain strong and professional customer relationships.
Prepare and communicate official letters, emails, quotations, service communications, and other correspondence with customers and principals.
Coordinate with all Service Engineers and take operational control of ongoing service activities.
Monitor pending service calls and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.
Monitor and coordinate spare parts requirements, availability, movement, and related issues.
Coordinate with principals regarding technical issues, service requirements, spare parts, and customer concerns.
Support the Service Team Supervisor/Head in planning, monitoring, and controlling daily service operations.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of service activities.
Guide and support Service Engineers in resolving customer and operational issues.
Perform any other service-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
