Minimum Graduate degree from a reputed educational institution.
5–8 years of relevant sales experience in the garments sector.
Experience in selling garments machinery, fabrics, accessories, or other related commodities will be preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bengali.
Strong negotiation, presentation, customer relationship, and business development skills.
Excellent computer literacy with strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Internet applications.
Must be highly motivated, analytical, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and execute the sales process to achieve assigned sales targets.
Promote and sell SIRUBA industrial sewing machines to garment factories and related industries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Work closely with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and explore potential markets for sales growth.
Conduct regular customer visits and provide effective product presentations.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer visits, sales activities, and business development.
