Assistant Manager- Sales/Marketing

Target-Driven Business Development: Approaches MLOs, NVOCCs, freight forwarders, shippers, importers, and exporters to secure new business and consistently achieve assigned sales, revenue, and cargo-volume targets.

Client Relationship & Retention Management: Maintains exceptional relationships with existing clients and conducts regular field visits to both potential and current customers to lock in long-term partnerships.

Quotation, Freight Negotiation, & Closing: Monitors market freight rates, prepares accurate quotes, negotiates competitive rates, and proactively follows up on client inquiries to maximize business conversion.

Cross-Functional Logistics Coordination: Collaborates directly with Operations and Accounts & Finance to seamlessly manage container bookings, cargo movements, freight collection, and specific customer requirements.

Market Intelligence & Reporting: Conducts ongoing market, competitor, and demand analysis to identify growth opportunities, maintains detailed sales records, and submits regular performance reports to management.
