Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience

5 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

Additional Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years

5–7 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing; experience in premium/luxury property sales will be preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value property deals.
Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes, customer handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, convincing, and interpersonal skills in both Bangla and English.
Strong ability to generate leads, develop new clients, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Experience in handling high-value clients, investors, and corporate customers will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Self-motivated, energetic, target-oriented, and result-driven.
Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required for client meetings/site visits.
Candidates with experience in leading real estate companies and a proven sales record will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context

Drive sales of the company’s premium and luxury residential projects and achieve assigned sales targets.
Generate new business through direct marketing, database marketing, telemarketing, digital leads, and referrals.
Handle client inquiries professionally through office visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and deliver effective project presentations and property consultations.
Arrange and conduct project/site visits and follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, investors, and potential buyers.
Provide detailed information regarding project features, apartment specifications, pricing, payment plans, facilities, and terms & conditions.
Follow up with prospective clients and ensure timely booking, down payment, and payment collection.
Handle customer concerns and complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and professional service delivery.
Maintain and regularly update the customer database, CRM records, sales pipeline, and follow-up activities.
Monitor sales performance and analyze monthly sales growth, lead conversion, and target achievement.
Identify new customer segments and develop effective strategies for lead generation and business development.
Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for premium real estate projects.
Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, competitor analysis, and performance updates for Management.
Coordinate with the Marketing, Customer Service, Documentation, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth completion of property transactions.
Assist clients with booking forms, agreements, letters, documentation, and other sales-related processes in accordance with company policy.
Represent the company professionally and contribute to building a strong, premium, and trustworthy brand image.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual KPIs and sales targets.
