Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing)

Innovera Holdings Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate Developer industry, with strong knowledge of property sales, client handling, lead generation, site visits, booking/closing and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for company projects.
• Generate new leads through direct sales, referrals, networking, digital platforms and other marketing channels.
• Identify potential buyers and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Communicate with prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
• Arrange and conduct project/site visits for prospective customers.
• Explain project features, location, facilities, pricing, payment schedules and other commercial terms to clients.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful bookings and sales.
• Handle client negotiations and close sales within approved company policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and provide market intelligence to management.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Planning & Development, Engineering & Construction and other relevant departments to ensure smooth customer service and sales processing.
• Supervise and support sales executives/team members in achieving their targets.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, bookings and sales.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, property prices and customer demand.
• Participate in property fairs, exhibitions, promotional campaigns and corporate events.
• Assist management in developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Ensure professional customer handling and maintain the company's brand image.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
