DecoReze Interiors is looking for a dynamic, smart, confident and target-oriented Assistant Manager -Sales & Marketing who can take responsibility for business development, lead generation, client acquisition and maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
Generate new leads and convert them into potential clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Interior Design, Architecture and Construction sectors.
Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations and project discussions.
Follow up on leads, quotations, proposals and ongoing negotiations.
Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations and commercial offers when required.
Coordinate with the Design and Project Execution teams to ensure smooth client communication.
Develop corporate and professional client networks through direct marketing, referrals, networking and digital platforms.
Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
