EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in real estate, land/plot sales or a related sector.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and leading a small team.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Age 28 to 40 years (may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates).
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills in both Bangla and English.
Confident presenter with strong client-handling and closing ability.
Well-groomed, self-motivated and able to work under sales targets and pressure.
Willing to travel to and work at project sites when required.
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with CRM / digital sales tools.

JOB CONTEXT:

Armani Properties Limited, a trusted real estate company in Bangladesh and a member of the Armani Group, is expanding its Sales & Marketing team. We are looking for driven, target-oriented Assistant Managers to lead sales and client engagement across our growing portfolio of apartment, plot, eco resort, villa, hospital and hotel projects. Selected candidates will be placed in one of our divisions — Apartment, Eco Resort, Villa, Hospital or Hotel — based on experience and business need.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieve monthly targets for the assigned division (apartment, plot, eco resort, villa, hospital or hotel projects).
Lead, guide and monitor a team of Sales Executives; set individual targets and track performance.
Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, digital channels, fairs and corporate networking, and convert them into closed deals.
Conduct client meetings, project site visits and product presentations; explain pricing, payment schedules and documentation clearly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, plot owners and investors to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional events, property fairs and digital marketing activities.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and pipeline updates for management.
Ensure all sales documentation and paperwork is accurate, transparent and completed on time.
Keep up to date with the real estate market, competitor projects, pricing trends and RAJUK-aligned regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, documentation, customer service) for smooth handover and after-sales support.
