• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer behavior, and emerging business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify new territories, customer segments, and potential revenue streams.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to management for business expansion.

Business Development & B2B Sales

• Identify and develop new B2B, corporate, institutional, and bulk sales opportunities.
• Generate leads, build client relationships, and convert prospects into business.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with relevant teams.
• Manage client follow-up and ensure repeat business and long-term relationships.
• Monitor B2B sales performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth.

Partnership & Relationship Management
