Assistant Manager - Operations

Motion Fly Travel Agency is a sister concern of Motion View, The ideal candidate should have practical experience in the travel industry, strong knowledge of travel operations, excellent customer relationship skills and the ability to contribute to business development in a growing travel agency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the overall day-to-day travel operations of Motion Fly Travel Agency.
• Ensure the smooth and timely execution of air ticketing, reservations, visa services, hotel bookings, tour packages and other travel arrangements.
• Supervise and monitor the overall activities and performance of the operations team.
• Guide and support team members to ensure customer requirements are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with airlines, GDS/consolidators, hotels, tour operators, DMCs and other travel service providers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, corporate clients and travel partners.
• Support business development by identifying new customers and corporate travel opportunities.
• Visit potential corporate clients and develop long-term business relationships.
• Promote air tickets, visa services, hotel reservations, tour packages and other travel-related services.
• Prepare, review and negotiate quotations and proposals for individual and corporate clients.
• Follow up with customers and potential clients to convert inquiries into business.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team regarding customer payments, invoices, outstanding amounts and supplier payments.
• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team regarding campaign-generated leads and customer inquiries.
• Monitor pending bookings, customer requirements and operational issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Handle important customers and escalated operational or service-related issues when required.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational and business performance reports for management.
• Keep management informed about market opportunities, customer feedback, supplier issues and operational challenges.
• Contribute ideas for developing new travel packages, corporate travel solutions and other business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to increase Motion Fly's sales and customer base.
• Ensure professional service standards are maintained across all customer interactions.
• Ensure proper coordination between Operations, Accounts, Admin and Digital Marketing teams.
• Maintain necessary operational records and documentation.
• Perform any other travel operations, business development and related responsibilities assigned by management.
