Assistant Manager/ Manager- Sales & Marketing (Knit Garments)

STS Apparel Pvt. Ltd. is a 100% export-oriented knit and light woven garments manufacturer based in Savar, Dhaka.

• Take full ownership of buyer acquisition strategy and execution to drive monthly order volume

• Identify, approach, and close new business with buying houses, retail brands, and direct buyers

• Engage potential clients to present the factory`s production capabilities and product range

• Conduct needs analyses to capture buyer specifications, fabric requirements, and construction details

• Build and lead long-term relationships with international buyers and apparel brands

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with new and existing buyers

• Set direction and priorities for buyer development activities, coordinating closely with the merchandising team on order intake and capacity planning

• Forecast sales by analyzing order trends and garment market movements, maintaining a strong and active buyer pipeline

• Monitor production reports and factory capacity to guarantee on-time shipment fulfillment

• Collaborate with the commercial team to track shipping documents, logistics, and export/customs workflows

• Track financial milestones to ensure timely LC openings, bank acceptances, and payments

• Resolve buyer concerns regarding quality, delivery, or order discrepancies promptly

• Prepare performance reports highlighting target achievement and current order pipeline, with regular reporting to ownership/management

• Represent the company at buyer meetings, trade shows, and industry events

• Achieve and maintain a monthly confirmed order target of USD 300,000+ (FOB/Sub-contract)
