Assistant Manager / Manager - Process Review & Financial Audit

Perform assigned Financial Review and Process & Post Review activities.

Review financial data, supporting schedules, ledgers, reconciliations, cash records, inventory information and management reports.

Assist in reviewing revenue, costs, margins, cash flow, working capital, aging and budget variances.

Conduct process walkthroughs at factories, warehouses, depots and head-office departments.

Review procurement, inventory, production, sales, payroll, treasury, IT and other operational processes.

Prepare process narratives, flowcharts, checklists, working papers and evidence files.

Test compliance with approved policies, SOPs, approval limits and control procedures.

Identify gaps, errors, unusual transactions, duplicate payments, delays and other exceptions.

Draft observations with clear facts, evidence, impact and recommendations.

Coordinate with process owners to obtain documents and clarifications.

Maintain proper documentation of review results and follow up on assigned action points.

Support special reviews, inventory reviews, transaction reviews and post-review assignments.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with Internal Audit policies and professional standards.

Provide support to the Pre-review stream when required.
