Key KPIs
We are looking for an experienced AM/OM – Telephonic Outbound Sales to manage and drive a high-performing outbound calling team. The role will be responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets, monitoring team performance, improving calling productivity, and ensuring adherence to quality and process standards.
Manage day-to-day operations of the telephonic outbound sales process.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of outbound sales executives.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales/revenue targets.
Monitor team performance through key metrics such as calls, connects, conversions, revenue, and productivity.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions.
Ensure effective lead allocation, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
Monitor call quality and ensure adherence to approved sales scripts and processes.
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
Handle escalations and support the team in resolving customer objections.
Work closely with Training, Quality, MIS, and other internal teams to improve overall performance.
Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, calling guidelines, and customer experience standards.
Develop initiatives to improve connectivity, conversion rate, average sales, and agent productivity.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members when required.
