Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design & Technology or a relevant discipline.
Strong knowledge of Jacket/Outerwear manufacturing processes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Good command of English and MS Office/Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Manage the complete merchandising process from order confirmation to shipment.
Handle buyer communication, order follow-up, and timely submission of approvals.
Review Tech Pack, BOM, T&A, costing, and production requirements.
Coordinate with Design, Development, IE, Production, Quality, and Planning teams.
Follow up on sample development, fabric, trims, accessories, and approvals.
Monitor production progress and ensure on-time shipment.
Identify order-related issues and take prompt corrective action.
Maintain strong relationships with buyers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead and guide the merchandising team effectively.
