Quality Flour & Agro Industries Ltd. is seeking an experienced, technically competent, and result-oriented professional for the position of Assistant Manager / Manager (Factory) to oversee and coordinate day-to-day factory operations.
The incumbent will be responsible for production planning, factory operations, manpower management, machine utilization, production efficiency, quality coordination, maintenance coordination, safety, cost control, and timely achievement of production targets for Rice/Atta, Maida, and related products.
The position will work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality Control, Store, Purchase, Accounts, Warehouse, and Management to ensure uninterrupted production, optimum utilization of raw materials and machinery, reduction of wastage and downtime, and smooth factory operations.
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation and management of the Factory/Mill and ensure smooth, efficient, and uninterrupted production.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise production of Rice, Atta, Maida, Suji, Bran, and other related products according to approved production plans.
- Ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and annual production targets while maintaining product quality, efficiency, and cost control.
- Manage and monitor Paddy receiving, parboiling, drying, milling, grading, sorting, polishing, packing, and finished rice handling as applicable to the mill.
- Supervise Wheat receiving, cleaning, conditioning, grinding, sieving, blending, packing, and finished flour handling for Atta, Maida, Suji, and related products.
- Monitor raw material input, production output, recovery percentage, wastage, moisture, quality, and process losses on a daily basis.
- Ensure optimum utilization of machinery, manpower, raw materials, utilities, and production capacity.
- Coordinate with Purchase & Store to ensure timely availability of Paddy, Wheat, packaging materials, fuel, spare parts, and other production inputs.
- Coordinate with Quality Control to ensure the quality of Paddy, Wheat, Rice, Atta, Maida, Suji, Bran, and other finished products meets approved standards.
- Monitor the performance of Rice Mill, Parboiling Plant, Dryer, Boiler, Flour Mill, Packaging Line, and other factory/mill equipment.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Team to minimize machine breakdown, downtime, production loss, and emergency stoppages.
