Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, SMEs, enterprises, educational institutions, NGOs, government organizations, factories, and commercial customers.
Generate qualified leads through corporate visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, and business development activities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Network Infrastructure and Surveillance Solutions based on technical and budgetary needs.
Promote solutions including LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networking, structured cabling, fiber optics, racks, UPS, CCTV/IP surveillance, NVR, and access control systems.
Coordinate with presales and technical teams for site surveys, solution design, BOQ preparation, technical presentations, demonstrations, and project planning.
Prepare professional quotations, commercial proposals, RFQs/RFPs, tender documents, and pricing offers, and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
Follow up regularly with prospects and customers to ensure timely conversion of leads and achievement of sales opportunities.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely product delivery, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning.
Maintain strong post-sales customer relationships and coordinate warranty, maintenance, technical support, upgrades, and after-sales services.
Maintain accurate records of customers, leads, opportunities, quotations, follow-ups, and sales pipeline in the company CRM/software system.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports, pipeline updates, revenue forecasts, and performance reports to Management.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and perform any other responsibilities assigned by Management.
Develop and maintain working knowledge of relevant technology vendors and solutions in areas such as Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Huawei, HPE/Aruba, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Hikvision, Dahua, ZKTeco, structured cabling, fiber infrastructure, and related technologies.
Maintain professional relationships with vendors, distributors, and channel partners to support competitive pricing, solution availability, deal registration, and project opportunities.
