Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and plant equipment.
• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of the Conveyor System, Robotic Welding System, 315T Press, LLC, Chain Riveting Process, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Minimize machine breakdowns and production downtime through timely troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.
• Day to day communications with foreign principle and foreign suppliers regarding installation and troubleshooting
• Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, equipment history, maintenance checklists, and breakdown records.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify recurring failures through root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate installation, commissioning, testing, and handover of new machinery, automation systems, and production equipment.
• Ensure availability and proper management of critical spare parts, tools, and maintenance consumables.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Utility, and external vendors to resolve technical and maintenance-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with machine safety, electrical safety, environmental requirements, SOPs, and Yamaha manufacturing standards during all maintenance activities.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team, monitor maintenance KPIs such as machine uptime, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and preventive maintenance compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
