Assistant Manager - Maintenance

Plan, supervise, and ensure the effective maintenance, renovation, and expansion of factory buildings and infrastructure.

Prepare and implement annual preventive and predictive maintenance plans for civil facilities and utility systems.

Lead infrastructure troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Manage projects end-to-end, including planning, technical drawings, BOQ preparation, defining technical scope, budgeting, commissioning, and final handover.

Monitor utility performance and consumption, implementing cost optimization and resource efficiency initiatives.

Prepare and control CAPEX and OPEX budgets, conduct budget variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Ensure compliance with engineering standards, statutory requirements, permits, licenses, and applicable HSE regulations.

Maintain accurate engineering drawings, as-built documentation, technical records, and coordinate internal and external compliance audits.

Develop and manage team by setting performance objectives, monitoring KPIs, conducting performance reviews.
