Assistant Manager - Inventory Management

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented person to manage daily inventory & accounts including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate inventory records of raw materials.

• Receive and verify incoming raw materials consignment and other materials.

• Check materials against PO, challan, and receiving documents.

• Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and preservation of materials.

• Issue materials to relevant departments against authorized requisitions.

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documents.

• Update inventory transactions in software and manual records.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess, or discrepancies.

• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Merchandising, Procurement, and Accounts.

• Support internal and external stock audits.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly store reports.

• Perform other store-related duties assigned by management.
