Assistant Manager- HR & Payroll

The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing and Compensation & Benefits administration in compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law. Below mentioned responsibilities & duties:

Ensure monthly payroll and wage processing cycle for employees .also ensure accurate processing of salary, wages, overtime, allowances, incentives, deductions, benefits, and other payroll components.

Verify employee master data including joining, separation, transfer, promotion, increment, salary revision, department, designation, grade, and other payroll-related changes.

Ensure accurate calculation and disbursement of wages and salaries through bank or cash.

Supervise and monitor workers’ and staff attendance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Support manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and placement in line with approved plans.

Providing leave application and filing. Collect daily attendance sheet and monitor late and absenteeism.

Coordinate employee engagement programs and internal communications

Support employee motivation and counseling programs (absenteeism, turnover, productivity, workplace conduct, etc.)

Participate in Workers’ Participation Committee (WPC) meetings and ensure effective grievance management.

Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, preparing Offer Letter, Joining Letter, and conducting background checks, Joining and On-boarding, Orientation. Preparing and presenting HR-related reports. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
