Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the hotel’s goals.
• Supervise the recruitment process from manpower planning to onboarding, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.
• Oversee employee induction, training programs, and career development initiatives.
• Monitor employee relations, handle grievances, and support conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage HR operations including payroll coordination, attendance tracking, leave management, and benefits administration.
• Lead performance management cycles, ensuring timely appraisals, feedback, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh labor laws, hotel industry regulations, and corporate HR policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Design and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and arrange skill development programs.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring effective communication at all levels.
