Prepare and finalize accurate and timely monthly financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
Review and monitor provisions to ensure appropriate and timely recognition of expenses and liabilities.
Prepare and analyze channel-wise Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to evaluate profitability, performance, and financial variances.
Prepare and analyze brand-wise P&L statements to assess brand profitability, cost efficiency, and business performance.
Prepare and monitor cost center-wise P&L statements to support cost control, cost allocation, and optimization.
Review and monitor General Ledger (GL) accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, proper classification, and timely recording of transactions.
Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documents, schedules, reconciliations, supporting evidence, and explanations.
Prepare management reports, financial analysis, variance analysis, and business insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Identify process and internal control gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen financial controls, reporting accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve accounting and financial reporting issues and ensure timely closure of monthly accounts.
