2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Experience in financial reporting, VAT, Tax, TDS, payroll, budgeting and audit.
Experience in ERP/Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel.
Experience in a corporate/healthcare/diagnostic/SME environment will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Tax & VAT regulations.
Good command of MS Excel, Word and accounting software/ERP.
Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.Good leadership, communication and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.High level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Maintain accurate records of accounts, vouchers, ledgers and financial documents.
Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Manage bank reconciliation, cash flow and daily cash transactions.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of VAT, Tax, TDS and other statutory returns.
Monitor payroll, employee benefits and related accounting transactions.
Review invoices, bills, payments and supporting documents before approval.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws and company policies.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants and government authorities when required.
Perform any other accounts and finance-related duties assigned by management.
