Relevant experience in ERP Operations/Implementation and Field Operations preferred
ERP Applications, MS Excel, MS Office, basic SQL/Database and reporting knowledge will be an advantage
ERP, Business Process, Project Coordination or related training preferred
ERP Operations & Implementation, Sales Operations, Team Leadership, UAT, User Support & Training, Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination, Business Process Understanding and Problem Solving
To support ERP, Go-Live and post-Go-Live operations, lead and support sales ERP users, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and ERP vendors to ensure smooth ERP adoption and operations.
Managing ERP Go-Live and post-Go-Live operational support
Leading and supporting sales teams/users in ERP operations
Coordinating with sales teams, internal stakeholders and ERP vendors
Understanding sales business processes and identifying ERP operational requirements/issues
Coordinating UAT, issue resolution, change requests and implementation follow-up
Ensuring timely resolution of ERP and sales operational issues
Conducting/coordinating ERP user training and ensure proper system adoption
Monitoring ERP usage and process compliance
Maintaining issue logs, SOPs, user documentation and implementation status
