Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, or a relevant discipline from a reputed university.
Professional certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP/PGDSCM) will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
Candidates with proven experience in supplier management, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and team coordination will be preferred.

Strong vendor and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ERP knowledge.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
High level of integrity, transparency, accountability, and professionalism.
Manage and oversee the end-to-end procurement process for construction materials, equipment, and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
Lead supplier selection, contract negotiation, and purchasing activities to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials in line with project requirements and schedules.
Coordinate closely with Project, Engineering, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient material flow.
Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, supplier capacity, and alternative sourcing opportunities to optimize procurement decisions.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, quality standards, and ethical practices.
Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, inventory levels, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
Conduct supplier evaluation and performance reviews and take necessary actions to improve supplier performance.
Ensure timely processing of supplier bills and resolve discrepancies, if any.
Prepare and analyze procurement reports, budgets, and cost-related data for management review.
Support senior management in strategic sourcing, vendor development, cost optimization, and procurement planning.
Provide guidance and support to procurement team members to ensure effective execution of procurement activities.
