This position will be responsible to manage production planning, capacity, order loading, Fast React, and performance to optimize resources, ensure timely shipment, smooth production, cost efficiency, and business targets.
Prepare and maintain production, capacity, order booking, loading, and line plans based on orders, resources, and shipment targets.
Monitor daily production vs. plan, identify root causes, and implement corrective/recovery actions.
Manage Fast React (FR), push-pull production, line loading/opening, style changeovers, and plan changes.
Monitor orders, shipment, PCD, production, capacity, and RM status and address potential delays with necessary extensions/recovery plans.
Coordinate with SCM, Store, Merchandising, Sample Room, and Production on fabric, trims, RM availability, inventory, receiving, and production requirements.
Prepare and circulate CP, production, RM, shipment, capacity/loading, PCD, line opening, style changeover, plan change/CM impact, 14-day challenge, booking, and YTD sales reports.
Attend daily CP meetings, lead team meetings, communicate critical issues to HOD/management, and ensure timely resolution.
Lead the planning team and ensure timely execution, optimum resource utilization, on-time delivery, efficiency, profitability, and continuous process improvement.
