Assistant Manager - Corporate Reporting

Perform all the activities in closing monthly Financial Statements.

Ensure the relevant Journal entries regarding expenses, vendor adjustments, and bill payments have been posted prior to month end by the relevant teams.

Ensure the sales, receipts, income, and monthly receivables reconciliations has been performed by the respective team and the entries posted in the system.

Prepare inventory reports and posting of related journals in the system.

Maintain the asset register and recording new asset acquisitions, depreciation calculation and asset disposals in the asset register and perform lease accounting

Ensure all the relevant reconciliations have been performed and journal entries have been entered in QuickBooks by the respective teams as per the checklist.

Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts and analysis reports for management meetings

Perform ratio analysis and calculate other metrics in regard to the financial statements for BI generation.

Preparation of Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements and related activities.

Perform various Investment appraisals and analysis, forecasts and projections

Perform PF accounting and management.

Liaising with VAT/Tax offices, consultants, financial institutions, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders for respective matters and performing related tasks

Calculation of franchise revenue share reports, budget reports and liaising with franchise for related tasks and communications

Prepare notes and document the resolutions undertaken during the meetings and follow up of discussion points

Perform project-wise budgeting activities and conduct variance analysis.
