• 3–4 years of experience in Commercial, Import or Supply Chain operations.
• Practical knowledge of LC, TT, import documentation, customs clearance, C&F coordination and landing cost calculation.
• Good knowledge of Bangladesh Bank and Customs regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and ERP systems.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and spoken English.

• Review CI, PI, Packing List and other import documents.
• Coordinate fund availability, LC opening, TT processing and final payment.
• Liaise with banks, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and C&F agents.
• Track shipments and coordinate customs clearance and logistics.
• Verify HS Codes, duties, taxes and product landing costs.
• Coordinate quality checks at supplier and receiving ends.
• Manage delivery from port to warehouse, dealer or project site.
• Maintain LC, shipment, payment and commercial records.
• Prepare shipment updates and commercial reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with Bank, Customs and company policies.
