KB Petrochemicals Limited is looking for a dynamic, creative, result-oriented, and experienced Assistant Brand Promotion Manager to strengthen the market presence and brand image of KB Lubricants.
Develop and implement effective Brand Promotion & Marketing Strategies for KB Lubricants.
Plan and execute ATL, BTL, digital, trade, dealer, and customer-focused promotional activities.
Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, market visibility, customer engagement, and brand loyalty.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, dealer programs, trade fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, and other brand activation activities.
Prepare promotional materials including brochures, banners, posters, leaflets, product presentations, and digital content in coordination with teams.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and promotional campaigns.
Conduct market visits to evaluate brand visibility, merchandising, promotional materials, and competitor positioning.
Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Team to ensure that brand promotion activities contribute to sales growth.
Prepare annual/monthly promotional plans and budgets and ensure proper utilization of promotional expenses.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of promotional campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on brand activities, market visibility, campaign performance, and competitor analysis.
Support management in developing long-term brand-building strategies.
Perform any other brand and marketing-related responsibilities assigned by Management.
