Besthome Properties Ltd., a rapidly growing real estate company, is looking for a highly competent, analytical, and integrity-driven professional to join our Audit & Internal Control function as Assistant Manager – Audit.

This is an excellent opportunity for an audit professional who wants to build a career in a dynamic corporate environment with significant exposure to Real Estate, Construction, Procurement, Inventory, Finance, Projects, and Business Operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and conduct internal audits of financial, operational, and administrative functions.
• Review financial transactions, vouchers, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Conduct audits of real estate projects, construction sites, procurement, inventory, and project expenditures.
• Identify financial irregularities, control weaknesses, process gaps, and potential business risks.
• Assess compliance with company policies, SOPs, management directives, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare professional audit reports highlighting findings, risk areas, root causes, and corrective recommendations.
• Monitor management responses and follow up on implementation of audit recommendations.
• Conduct special audits and investigations as assigned by Management.
• Support Management in strengthening internal control, cost efficiency, transparency, compliance, and corporate governance.
