A professional portfolio of Interior 3D Design & Visualization works is mandatory for this position.

Job Context
DecoReze Interiors is looking for a talented, creative and experienced Assistant Manager – Architecture (Interior 3D Design) who has a strong passion for interior design, architectural visualization and creative 3D presentation.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality interior design concepts, 3D models and photorealistic renders while coordinating with clients and the project team.
Portfolio is mandatory and candidates without a portfolio will not be considered for the position.
Lead and manage interior design projects from concept development to final 3D visualization.
Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.
Prepare high-quality 3D Interior Designs, Photorealistic Renders and Presentations.
Develop furniture layouts, space planning and interior design concepts.
Prepare detailed 3D models for residential, commercial, corporate and retail projects.
Coordinate with clients to understand their design requirements and provide suitable design solutions.
Make design revisions based on client feedback while maintaining project quality and deadlines.
Coordinate with architectural, engineering and project execution teams.
Supervise and guide junior designers/3D visualizers when required.
Ensure all design deliverables are completed within the agreed timeline.
