Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

Experience

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Additional Requirements

Age 22 to 35 years

Female candidates will be preferred
2–3 years of relevant working experience in Accounts & Finance.
Knowledge of online banking platforms and digital payment reconciliation.
Hands-on experience in Tally ERP software (Mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for financial reporting.
Experience in project-based accounting, public tenders, and fund tracking will be an added advantage.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and handle pressure independently

Responsibilities & Context

Maintain and manage general accounting functions including Cash Book, Bank Book, General Ledger, and Journal Entries.
Prepare and review all types of vouchers, requisitions, bills, and supporting documents.
Operate Tally ERP or similar accounting software independently for daily entries and reporting.
Ensure VAT & TAX calculations, deductions, submissions, and compliance with NBR regulations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, cash flow reports, profit/loss accounts, and balance sheets.
Conduct bank reconciliations, track discrepancies, and ensure timely settlements.
Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and financial forecasting for different departments and projects.
Monitor payables, receivables, inventory status, and asset management.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, customs officials, and government authorities regarding audits, loans, and compliance.
Maintain proper documentation of financial records (manual and Software) for internal audits.
Assist in establishing strong internal control systems, risk management practices, and cost efficiency.
Support top management with financial analysis, strategic planning, and MIS reports.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, engineering, and management teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management as needed.
