Assistant Manager - Accounts

Responsibilities & Context

Maintain and supervise day-to-day accounting activities.
Prepare and review vouchers, ledgers, journals and financial records.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Ensure timely bank reconciliation and other account reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow, cash/bank transactions and expenses.
Assist in budgeting, costing and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with applicable VAT, Tax and other regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Supervise and guide the Accounts team.
Maintain proper documentation and support management with financial reports.
Perform any other accounting-related duties assigned by management.
