Assistant/ Junior Architect

• Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) from Public University

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Age 26 to 32 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms
• Excellent understanding of BNBC, fire safety codes, and local authority regulations.
• Strong presentation, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Experience in managing projects from concept to completion. Creative problem-solving and design optimization skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on quality, innovation, and timely delivery.
• Knowledge of Interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
• Familiarity with RAJUK & Army cantonment Board rules and approval processes.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative design team.
