Assistant HR Manager

Location: On- Site, Agrabad Chattogram, Bangladesh

We are hiring an Assistant HR Manager as part of an exciting phase of the company’s continued growth. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing an HR strategy that supports a high-performing, inclusive, and values-led culture.

The Assistant HR Manager will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will be proactive, pragmatic, digitally confident, and experienced in managing a broad range of HR matters with professionalism, confidence, and care.

The role is based in Agrabad, Chattogram, Bangladesh, and is a full-time, office-based position, Monday to Friday, in accordance with UK working hours.
