Position: Assistant General Manager

Department: Customer Support

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and strategize plans for new business opportunities
• Create market and achieve target to ensure revenue generation through interior solution
• Overseeing multiple projects to ensure the highest quality modification/ interior work
• Budget preparation and follow up for modification/ interior work as per requirement of the clients
• To assist renovation works (as and when required at site)
• Checking contractor's bill for additional work
• Visit sites with clients upon requirement
• Follow up ongoing and pending client requests for interior or maintenance work (if any)
• Handling queries from clients, monitoring and communicate with the superiors for the professional feedback

Status Full-time

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering/B.Arch. /MBA/ Post Graduation in any relevant subject.

Experience Requirements

• 10-12 years' experience required in relevant field

Additional Requirements

• Age 40 to 45 years preferred
• Must be well-groomed, presentable and possess amiable personality
• Familiar with BNBC and other related rules and regulations
• Excellent client communication skills and professionalism
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
• Must be able to work outdoor and in odd hours.
• Must have finishing material knowledge.
