Preferred: Retired Bangladesh Army Officer of the rank of Major/Colonel or above, or a retired Bangladesh Police Officer of the rank of SP/DIG or above.
Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in administration, security, government liaison, or industrial/corporate administration.
Experience in managing large-scale industrial or business groups, factories, projects, or large workforces will be highly preferred.

Deep expertise in the Bangladesh Labor Act (BLA) & Rules.
Strong capability in handling third-party compliance audits.
Excellent command over Microsoft Excel, Word, and HRIS/ERP software.
Excellent communication skills in English & Bengali (Verbal & Written).
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills.
Able to work under pressure and achieve set targets.

Special Note: The position requires extensive travel and physical presence at different locations based on business requirements and Management instructions.

Lead the overall administration, security, discipline, welfare, and support services of factories, plants, projects, and offices.
Ensure a safe, secure, disciplined, and uninterrupted working environment.
Manage security protocols, access control, emergency response, fire safety, disaster management, and crisis situations.
Lead administration, security, welfare, transport, accommodation, canteen, and related teams.
Maintain effective coordination with Police, RAB, Army authorities (when required), local administration, and relevant government offices.
Liaise with TLO, ULO, AC Land, UNO, DC, SP, and other relevant officials.
Coordinate with relevant ministries, government departments, BIDA, the Department of environment, industries, commerce, and other regulatory authorities.
Handle and resolve administrative, security, government, and operational issues affecting the Group`s business activities.
Provide timely support during urgent situations and remain available as required by management.
Travel to factories, projects, and business locations anywhere in Bangladesh as required.
Identify risks and provide strategic recommendations and regular reports to senior management.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
