Job Responsibilities
Identify and strategize plans for new business opportunities
Create market and achieve target to ensure revenue generation through interior solution
Overseeing multiple projects to ensure the highest quality modification/ interior work
Budget preparation and follow up for modification/ interior work as per requirement of the clients
To assist renovation works (as and when required at site)
Checking contractor’s bill for additional work
Visit sites with clients upon requirement
Follow up ongoing and pending client requests for interior or maintenance work (if any)
Handling queries from clients, monitoring and communicate with the superiors for the professional feedback
