BSc, or Diploma in Textile Engineering / Wet Process Engineering from any recognized institute.

12–15 years of experience in garment washing R&D / wet processing; at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial role in a large-scale RMG washing facility. Hands-on experience catering to top global buyers such as Zara, American Eagle, Levi’s or similar retail giants.

Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of modern washing machinery, wet-processing technologies, sustainable chemical applications (e.g., Laser, Ozone, Low-Water Washing), and recipe formulation and process optimization.

Strong leadership and team management; negotiation and cross-functional communication; proven track record in buyer sample approvals and technical problem-solving.

Lead Washing R&D operations and drive innovation in garment washing.
Develop new washes, sustainable finishes, and seasonal collections.
Support developments for global buyers including Zara, American Eagle, Levi’s, and similar brands.
Lead R&D innovation and new wash recipe development.
Conduct lab trials and scale recipes from lab to bulk production.
Coordinate with buyers, merchandising, and production for sample approvals.
Optimize chemicals, water, and energy consumption.
Ensure shade, hand-feel, fabric strength, and quality standards.
Troubleshoot bulk washing defects and minimize rework.
Lead, mentor, and supervise R&D and washing teams.
