Conduct daily incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
Perform routine electrical, functional, and performance testing of Switch, Socket & LED Light products.
Check product quality against approved specifications, drawings, samples, and standards.
Identifying and analyzing quality defects and market return reasons.
Monitor daily production quality and identify defects or deviations.
Conduct first-piece/sample approval before mass production.
Record daily inspection and testing results and maintain QC records.
Inspect and evaluate new samples, components, and materials received from suppliers.
