Assistant Engineer (Sales & Marketing)

Technical Sales & Engineering

• Conduct site surveys to assess client requirements, load details, electrical parameters, existing systems, and site conditions, and recommend suitable equipment and system configurations based on the findings.
• Provide technical solutions for UPS, VFD, Battery Charger, Battery Systems, and related electrical/power equipment.
• Prepare equipment selection, sizing, technical specifications, datasheets, and technical/commercial proposals.
• Conduct technical presentations and explain product features, performance, system configuration, and applications to clients.

Tendering & Technical Support

• Review tender documents, scope of work, Pre-Qualification Criteria (PQC), technical specifications, BOQ, drawings, eligibility criteria, and compliance requirements to evaluate tender suitability and select appropriate tenders for participation.
• Prepare technical bids, BOQ, cost estimates, compliance statements, and commercial proposals based on tender requirements.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain technical information, quotations, product availability, and lead times.
• Support technical and commercial negotiations with clients and suppliers to ensure suitable products, pricing, and terms.

Project Coordination & After-Sales Support

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for the smooth execution of equipment supply and projects.
• Provide technical support during installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting when required.
• Coordinate after-sales service and warranty support and help resolve technical issues.

 Business Development & Client Management

• Identify potential projects and business opportunities in industrial, commercial, government, and private sectors.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct client visits and technical discussions to understand project requirements and identify suitable solutions.
• Follow up on proposals, tenders, quotations, negotiations, and purchase orders to support business growth.
