Understand the spare parts catalogue to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled accurately and without interruption.
Conduct overall planning to ensure spare parts availability, achieve targets, and sustain business operations at the Head Office.
Prepare spare parts requirement plans in coordination with the Service Team.
Develop a new spare parts dealer network to ensure the availability of parts to end customers in accordance with the company’s dealer policy.
Prepare seasonal demand forecasts for the branch and dealers and share them with the Head Office accordingly.
Manage Tally/ERP activities, including stock in/out, stock transfers, GRIN, availability and price checks, warranty journal entries, and opening and closing stock verification.
Conduct monthly inventory audits and submit reports to the Head Office.
Ensure the use of genuine spare parts and create awareness among customers, mechanics, and dealers about the importance of using genuine parts.
Maintain 5S standards in the workplace.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and share them with the Head Office.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
