KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
Support the Chairperson in departmental administration, academic operations, and policy implementation
Act as a senior liaison among stakeholders by ensuring effective communication, preparing official documentation and maintaining strong professional relationships
Lead the planning and execution of academic events while ensuring alignment with departmental goals and collaboration with internal and external partners.
Oversee departmental resources, facilities, procurement, inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Support student services, address concerns, and coordinate with relevant university offices
Prepare operational reports, drive process improvements, and contribute to university-wide initiatives
