Responsibilities & Context

Coordinate with hospital Director, Deputy Director, Nursing Superintendent for operating overall management of hospital IPD, OPD and emergency
Look after the duties of Junior, Consultant, RP/RS, Registrar, Asst. Registrar, Medical officer and Intern Doctors
Ensure proper training and distribution of Intern doctors as per log book.
Ensure proper medical waste disposal management, infection control and quality medical care.
Coordinate and ensure proper management of Critical Care Units like: ICU, HDU, NICU, PICU, emergency, Postoperative etc.
Ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery in all points OPD, IPD, OT, Diagnostic Labs, Pharmacy etc.
Development and implement of SOPs and operational strategies.
