Assistant / Deputy Manager- Construction

Monitor day-to-day project activities and progress.

Conduct regular site visits for quality and compliance.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Prepare Rate Analysis of BOQ items in compliance with market rate.

Provide technical support to the Sales team like Site visit, giving proposal rate.

Prepare, review, and submit tender documents.

Prepare project progress reports and technical documentation.

Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Resolve technical issues with practical engineering solutions.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards.

Assist management in improving estimation and project execution processes.

Perform other assigned technical and managerial responsibilities.
