Responsibilities & Context

Operate and manage Tally ERP for daily accounting and transaction entries.
Maintain sales, purchase, and inventory records accurately in both Tally and Excel.
Maintain and update cashbook, ledger, journal entries, and reconciliation reports.
Monitor and record party dues, supplier payments, and sales dues.
Maintain proper documentation for all accounts.
Prepare monthly reports and assist in internal/external audits.
Coordinate with accounts, store, and production departments for data accuracy.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
