Job Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and expand distributor, dealer, retailer, and wholesale networks.
• Manage distributor operations, including stock availability, order processing, market coverage, and sales execution.
• Lead, supervise, motivate, and monitor Territory Sales Officers (TSO), Sales Representatives, and other field sales personnel.
• Ensure effective Route-to-Market (RTM) execution and maximum market coverage.
• Develop new markets, outlets, dealers, and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and proper market execution.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, wholesalers, and key customers.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor territory sales performance.
• Analyze competitor activities, pricing, product movement, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, territory performance reports, and other reports as required by management.
• Monitor distributor stock and ensure timely order collection and product delivery coordination.
• Identify sales gaps and take corrective initiatives to improve territory performance.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies, reporting procedures, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Accounts, Supply Chain, and other relevant departments for smooth business operations.
• Perform any other sales and business development responsibilities assigned by management.
